Refund policy
1. Returns Policy
Certain products on our online store are non-returnable, so please refer to ‘Section 2’ to see if this applies to your order.
For other items at RecoverFit, you are able to return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging (with no damage/defects to the product box).
- Items must have all plastic wrapping and protective screens in tact (where applicable)
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
All returnable items from orders over the value of £100 are FREE.
For instructions on how to return your items, please refer to ‘Section 4’ of our returns policy. Any orders on/under the value of £100 will be deducted of a £1.99 administration fee when refunding to the customer account.

3. Faulty Items
Please get in touch with our customer service team prior to returning your product to us. You can do this by getting in touch via webchat, email or phone. If you could please take photos/videos of these when they are discovered (as evidence), this would be really appreciated.
Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
4. UK Customers* - Return Instructions
- Log in to your RecoverFit account: (by clicking here)
- In the email field, enter your email address, and click ‘Continue’
- On your personal email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Go back to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click on the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click ‘Request Return’.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Only once the product is returned, will you receive a refund.
You must obtain proof of purchase just in case your order is lost in transit on its return back to RecoverFit.
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders that have been placed but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used/worn, we reserve the right to withhold refunds or ban accounts associated with the person(s) from ordering in future.
All returnable items from orders over the value of £100 are FREE.
Please note: for orders on/under the value of £100, a £1.99 administration fee will be deducted from your refund amount. If you have any queries regarding this, please contact our customer service.
*We only offer free return to customers from England, Scotland and Wales. Customers from ROI, Northern Ireland and British Islands / Isles will have to return at their own expense.
5. International Returns
If you are looking to return an item from outside of England, Scotland or Wales, please do get in contact with our Customer Service team.
Please note: all international returns are returned at the expense of the customer, including VAT and Customs Charges.
6. How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.
7. My parcel is showing as delivered, but I haven't received it?
Firstly, we are really sorry this has happened to you. As we only use 'signed for' deliveries, this is extremely rare. But, we are here to help.
If this has happened to you, please notify one of our team within 10 days of this parcel being delivered, to enable the courier to launch an investigation into your missing parcel. If you notify us after this period, couriers will not be able to launch an investigation and your parcel will be deemed as lost.
RecoverFit does not accept any responsibility for any parcels lost during the delivery process. Any complaints or investigations must be raised through the courier directly.
8. Pop Up Store Returns
When purchasing an item at one of our pop-up stores/events, RecoverFit will only accept a return if the product is faulty. If you wish to return your item (within 28 days), please get in contact with our customer support team.
9. Christmas Returns Policy 2025
Any item purchased on or after the 2nd December 2025, will have up until the 31st January 2026 to return their products. These must be unused, in the original packaging, with no defects.
However, some items will still remain non-returnable. So, please do check above to see if this applies to your item before purchasing.
